Marie Medina is the Founder of The Corporate Butterfly, currently serving as CEO and Principal Consultant. Her professional experience spans over 20 years and consists of proven change management proficiencies to lead ground-up development and remediation of organizations, departments, products, and processes. Throughout her career she has held prominent roles at renowned firms such as Barclays Wealth, BNP Paribas, and Morgan Stanley, servicing corporate and institutional clients. Her degrees include an MBA-International Finance, BS - Legal Studies, and Spanish Minor. She is also a  Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and CCMP™ candidate with over 67 hrs. of formal change management training.
